SHIPPING & DELIVERY

I aim to package and get orders out the same day. For launch days, please allow 2-4 days to package orders. Shipping depending where you are in the U.S can take 3-5  business days USPS. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once finished.  

 

RETURNS

If your package shows up damaged, please message me within 48 hours for a replacement. I am not responsible for lost packages. That must be communicated with your local post office. If you are disattisfied with your order, again message me within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.  

 

Earring Care 

If anything gets on your earrings such as cosmetics, use a wet wipe or a damp cloth with mild soap. Do not swim or shower in your earrings. Keep in a cool dry place. All jump rings and connectors are either gold plated, made of brass or stainless steel. It's natural for brass to tarnish a little when exposed to oxygen. You can take a little brass cleaner and gently wipe off. 

 

Are these good sensitive ears?

All my post and fish hooks are hypoallergenic, stainless steel and nickel free. 

 

Is Polymer Clay heavy? 

No, these are quite the opposite! Most are equal to or less then the weight of a quarter! You can hardly tell you have them in.
